I’m Kaleigh, a Nutritional Therapist with a deep passion for helping people understand their bodies and reclaim their health.

I was born in California and grew up in the UK, and for most of my life I took my health for granted. That changed in 2016 when what I believed was a harmless cyst turned out to be breast cancer. After chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery, I was told I was “cured,” so I went back to life as normal, ignoring what my body had tried to tell me.

Just nine months later, the cancer returned in my lymph nodes, and I was told I would live with cancer for the rest of my life. I was advised to stay on a chemotherapy drug indefinitely, something I simply couldn’t accept. Instead, I immersed myself in learning about cancer, nutrition, and the incredible capacity of the human body to heal when properly supported. I changed my diet and lifestyle completely and within a year, my tumour had disappeared. I was taken off the drug that was only ever meant to contain cancer, not eliminate it.

That experience changed everything. I felt stronger, more alive, and even achieved a long-time goal of running the London Marathon. More importantly, it sparked a love for the science of the body and the power of food as medicine.

For the past four years, I’ve dedicated myself to studying nutrition and helping others understand how small, sustainable changes can lead to long-term transformation. Working in the NHS for the last three years has shown me just how many people are searching for the why behind their symptoms not just another prescription.

I’m also a mum of three, so I understand the juggle, the overwhelm, and how hard it can be to prioritise healthy habits. That’s why my approach is realistic, supportive, and step-by-step. I’m here to take away the stress and guide you toward lasting, meaningful change.

It’s time to stop accepting exhaustion, pain, and stress as “normal.” Your body is designed to thrive, sometimes it just needs the right support to feel vibrant and energised again.

I have a special interest in gut health, stress and burnout, thyroid disorders, type 2 diabetes, cholesterol management, and cancer support, empowering clients to understand their bodies and make choices that support true long-term wellbeing.
